bots are quick but often repetitive and not always the best option for time sensitive situations when you need to resolve an issue. customer service is monumental to a PM and their guests, and when you’re paying for software, you expect to be able to call a number and speak with a KNOWLEDGEABLE person, and NOT someone who has to look up an answer, or send you off to another department like so many customer service departments do these days.

We need answers on the very first call. Hosts should have immediate access to a live person at all times, not wait for a call back.
