Add Gross vs Net Revenue Toggle in Metrics

Problem Statement:

• Metrics only displays Net Revenue, but users need to see Gross Revenue to understand the total revenue performance of their properties
• This is a gap compared to other platforms like Guesty, which already offer this feature

Current Workaround:

• Manually calculating gross revenue by going to each platform (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.)
• This process takes approximately 1 hour per month
• The manual calculation is never 100% accurate

Impact:

• Significant time investment (1 hour/month)
• Inaccurate data due to manual calculations
• Makes it harder to report on performance and make informed business decisions

Proposed Solution:

• Add a dropdown/toggle in Metrics to switch between Gross and Net Revenue views
• Include options to filter out specific fees (channel fees, host fees, etc.)

Unlock:

• Make faster, more accurate business decisions based on total revenue
• Compare performance across platforms more easily
• Report to owners or partners with accurate gross revenue figures
