Auto-review should post in final 60 minutes (not final 48 hours)

The “bad review”/auto-review feature currently posts with ~48 hours left in the review window. Change the auto-post timing to the final 60 minutes of the review period (or allow the host to choose the timing window) to reduce retaliatory review risk while still ensuring a review is left.
