CUSTOMER SUPPORT

While you're platform seems efficient you all are majorly lacking in customer support - which I had read in multiple reviews when making my decision but never would I have thought that it was this bad. Hours to respond with a real person, no way to talk to an actual agent. delayed response times.... I have a busy schedule and waiting hours for response or always continually checking back to make sure i don't miss one from you all is just unacceptable. Please tell me that this is just a mishap and I have started off on the wrong foot with you all.... I really think you have a great platform but I need my questions answered and AI ain't cutting it.
