My wife and I manage multiple properties, and we’ve encountered an issue with the current Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) process that’s impacting our ability to efficiently manage our listings.
Each time my wife attempts to log in, she is prompted with a 2FA request that sends a verification link to my email address. If I am traveling or otherwise unavailable, she is unable to access the account, as the process does not generate a code but only a link sent to my email. This creates a significant barrier to our ability to manage our property seamlessly, especially when I'm not readily accessible.
We already use a secure password and leverage other tools, such as PriceLabs and financial management software, that don’t require 2FA, or offer more flexible 2FA methods (e.g., SMS text verification). Given this, I would appreciate it if you could consider offering a more user-friendly solution for 2FA—such as sending codes via text message or enabling multi-device authentication—so that both my wife and I can access the account independently, without being reliant on my email.
