Enhance Operations Notifications to Different Teams Filter

Current Operations Notifications are lacking. Our cleaners don’t need to know when a guest changes their reservation from 1 guest to 2 guests. But they do need to know when dates change, and for some when a pet is added. Keep running into this issue with so many guests just booking one guest and updating it later. Its creating more friction with our cleaners not knowing why we are sending them a useless email. We need this updated soon!
