Enhanced Visual Interface for Automated Message Sequences

Hospitable’s messaging automation is a powerful tool, but managing complex message flows can become difficult as more templates and conditions are added. We’d love to see a more visual and intuitive interface for building and organizing message sequences. Features we’d find particularly useful include:

A visual timeline or flow builder that shows when each message is scheduled relative to key booking events (e.g. confirmation, check-in, check-out).

Drag-and-drop functionality to reorder messages or adjust timing without needing to open each template.

Inline editing of triggers, delays, and conditions within the same view—reducing the need to switch between message settings and automation rules.

Collapsible sections or filters to manage different property setups or message categories (e.g. pre-arrival, in-stay, post-checkout).

A simulation or preview mode where we can see what the guest experience will look like across the timeline of a sample stay.

Clear visibility of overlapping messages or potential conflicts, with suggestions to optimize guest communication timing.

This kind of interface would make it significantly easier to fine-tune the guest experience, avoid redundancy, and maintain clarity as automation becomes more sophisticated.
