Generate PDF invoices for Direct bookings

Problem statement

• Hosts cannot generate a PDF invoice or receipt for Direct bookings within Hospitable
• Banking and accounting purposes often require formal, detailed invoice documents

Current workaround

• Hosts must manually copy reservation details into a Word doc or invoice template and print to PDF

Impact

• Time-consuming manual process for each reservation that needs an invoice
• Risk of errors or missing details when recreating invoice information manually
• Unprofessional appearance when providing handwritten or informal documentation to banks or accountants

Proposed solution

• Add a "Generate PDF Invoice" option on Direct booking reservations, producing a one-page document with full details: guest name, reservation code, property, dates, line-item breakdown (accommodation, fees, taxes), and total amount
