Hire more customer service reps

Hi! This suggestion is hands down the number one suggestion I can give. The response time is way too long in my opinion. It’s very frustrating to have to wait 48 hours or longer for a response to a problem or issue. This also isn’t a new issue for us - it seems EVERY time I need a question answered by a human, the wait time is too long. I even pay for priority and still am waiting for any type of response.
