Hospitable not blocking preparation days

This is the second time I have run into this issue. I have a preparation day set of one turnover night, which blocks one day before and after each reservation. Randomly, this stops working. The prep dates dont get blocked, leading to people booking on my prep day, which is not available. If this is an ongoing issue I will need a different PMS. This leads to very angry people (justifiably!!)
