Messaging through VRBO

When messaging VRBO guests, the messages take so long to go through. I type the message (on mobile/iOS) and then I have to sit there with the message and the app open while it processes for forever, until it finally goes through. If I leave that screen or close the app, the message disappears and is never sent. This doesn’t happen when messaging Airbnb guests.
