More granular control of email notifications for sent messages

I have various reminder texts (“do this”, “do that”) being sent mainly to myself, via notifications that are tied to check-ins or check-outs.

Prior to each of these texts, I get an email notification telling me that this message is about to be sent (to myself), and giving me the chance to edit it before sending.

For some notifications, I’ll never have the need to edit them before sending. I don’t really need a heads-up (to myself) that I’m about to receive a notification (to myself).

BUT I can’t turn off these email notifications at the system level, because it encompasses messages teed up for guests, which I definitely DO want the chance to review before they get sent.

I can envision this setting (in the screenshot below) being moved to the level of each individual notification (under Operations) so that they can be enabled or disabled based on necessity.
