Why have you blocked me from support?

I was speaking to Dee 4 days ago, and she hasn’t got back to me.

Now my VRBO Calendar is blocked AGAIN! Because your integration doesn’t work as advertised by this company.

So I decided to open up a new priority support chat. But now the system blocks me completely from sending a message.

Your system just writes on my behalf “I don’t need help, thanks!” Without me having a chance to write and after greys out the the send button!

This is unacceptable!!
