Ability to transfer Direct bookings between properties

Problem statement

Hosts with multiple properties cannot transfer a Direct booking from one property to another within Hospitable. This creates friction when a guest needs to switch properties after booking, or when a host needs to move a reservation due to maintenance, availability conflicts, or guest preference changes.

Current workaround

The host must ask the guest to cancel the original booking and then rebook with the different property. This requires the guest to take action and go through the entire booking process again.

Impact

• Costs the host time to coordinate the cancellation and rebooking
• Creates confusion and frustration for guests
• Risks losing the booking entirely if the guest doesn't follow through
• Reduces operational flexibility for hosts managing multiple properties

Proposed solution

Add the ability to transfer or reassign a Direct booking to a different property within Hospitable, similar to how Airbnb allows hosts to change which listing a reservation is assigned to. This could be a dropdown or action available when editing a reservation.
