Eufy is expected to be integrated with Seam, our IoT integration provider for Q1 2025. Once that integration is developed, we will be ready to start the work on our end to integrate with those devices.

Schlage Encode has not had a hardware update in 5 years.
Meanwhile Eufy (hardware wise) has become cheaper (half the price) and has a lot of improvements that Schlage doesn't have for example (fingerprint sensor, longer battery life by using either 8 AA batteries instead of 4 or a built in rechargeable battery)

I don't have time to create new codes for each guest, but using the same code is a security risk. Having integration to create unique codes for each guest would create the additional layer of security we need at our property.

Hi @Thomas Schoeffel ! Unfortunately the platform that we leverage to build smart lock integrations does not support Eufy yet. It is “Planned” on their own roadmap, and we are continuing to follow along so this can be considered once it’s made possible for us.

My understanding is the system you leverage is called seam. If that is the case my understanding it was added to the seam platformover a year ago.

On Seam’s own list of supported devices, the Eufy section shows that none of them are Live.

It was at a Hospitable meet & greet in Austin. One of the Hospitable team members mentioned he thought it had been added to Seam.
