File and Remit Taxes for Direct Premium

Wherever possible, start filing and remitting taxes for Direct Premium hosts so they don't have to. Hospitable is already calculating taxes with the applicable amount for each transaction, and including this to the payment of the guest and the payout of the host. This (mostly operational) feature would allow Hospitable, both legally and technically, to file and remit taxes as a marketplace / payment facilitator on behalf of the tax subjects, to applicable jurisdiction. Our first destination for filing and remitting taxes is Tennessee, home to several major short-term rental markets in the United States, with a legal framework that makes it easy to file and remit taxes as a marketplace.

Agoda is one of the leading OTAs in the Asia-Pacific region. Integration Hospitable with Agoda would help Hospitable customers distribute their listings, rates and availabilities to Agoda and improve their guest experience through thoughtful and future-proof messaging automations.

Integrating Furnished Finder with Hospitable would allow: to create and manage listings distributed to Furnished Finder centralize inbound requests and automate the guest experience and messaging import FF reservations into other platforms through channel management features process payments through Direct.

NoiseAware (aka Rest) integration

Noise level monitoring solutions for short term rentals. NoiseAware monitors the noise levels and notifies the host about high noise levels detected on the property. This integration would allow hosts to inform guests about high noise levels detected during their stay and put a quick stop to the unwanted parties on the property.

Whatsapp integration for Operations

Ability to communicate with teammates via Whatsapp would be a great addition to the email and SMS methods that are currently supported.

Integrating [Expedia](http://www.expedia.com/) with Smartbnb would allow for the use of Smartbnb’s automated messaging, channel management features, and more with Expedia listings.

Houfy Integration

Integration with Houfy would allow to use Smartbnb's messaging and channel management features for properties listed on Houfy.

Cleaner App: Tasks checklist

Allow teammates to check off compelted task list items, or mark them as not possible, cancelled, etc. This checklist and line item statuses should be visible to the primary account holder.

Add properties directly in Hospitable without importing from booking channels

Ability to set up properties in Hospitable to be displayed on Direct website without the need to connect a booking channel

Ability to update all listing content from Hospitable

Update listing details on the booking channels when they're updated in Hospitable so that changes don't have to be repeated for every channel.

Ability to organize properties in custom order

It would be great if we were able to reorganize the properties seen in the calendar in whatever order we'd like.

User's only have the ability to choose a Direct site template but they cannot change the "look" and "feel" of the template design. User's should have the ability to customize things like color, font, text, etc of the template.
