The total connect comfort and Resideo apps are for older models of HW thermostats. Please integrate with the First Alert app which is their newest app and only one that my thermostat connects to.
Same here. Purchased T10 because it was on the approved / compatible list. Please provide integration asap. Thanks

Hi. This is needed. I just purchased the T10 based on hospitable compatibility website. Turns out Honeywell will not let me use the Resideo app. It forces me to use First Alert. Thus, anybody buying new Honeywell regardless of model will not be able to integrate.

Hi Madison, which Honeywell device do you have? Hospitable doesn’t integrate into the Honeywell apps, we integrate into the devices themself so we can set the mode based on reservation check-in and checkout.
