Yes, I if you compare Pricelabs 19per listing p/m pricing model to the flatrate $25p/m Airdna charges for unlimited listings. It's an easy choice to go with Airdna. Having an API connection rather than relying on the Airbnb lead listing would be really helpful... Airdna gives you data to provide appraisals too. Though the Airdna pricing tool.

What AirDNA does NOT do (yet):

    No minimum stay settings

    No check-in/check-out rules

    No last-minute or orphan-night discounting

No custom rules by day of the week or booking window

Doesn’t update Booking.com or Vrbo directly (you need to sync via Hospitable or a channel manager)

    Workaround:

If you use AirDNA just to set the nightly price via Airbnb, you can still:

Use Hospitable to manage minimum stays and rules across platforms

Let Hospitable mirror Airbnb prices to your other channels

Set up manual calendar rules in Airbnb or Hospitable for peak dates/events

Airdna pricing looks like it still needs some polishing but they are the data power house so I'm more inclined to go with them. Also, it will save a lot of $$$$$$$
