Smart Air Conditioner integration (TCL, EQK)

In my market of Ocean City, MD, most condominium buildings are cooled by through-the-wall air conditioners in each unit. My own units use TCL brand as well as EQK (Emerson Quiet Cool). I can control these from the manufacturers’ respective mobile apps, but it would be nice to have them integrated with Hospitable Devices if possible (with the same logic that’s used for traditional HVAC thermostats).

WIth some extra hardware it is also possible to control these AC units with Mysa thermostats. So Mysa integration would also be a welcome step in the right direction (but not as desirable as direct integration with the AC units).
