PointCentral Integration
PointCentral is a smart home automation solution that does more than just locks - they also do moisture, noise and video monitoring, plus energy management (AC/windows). They use an access hub - but it isn't Wifi, it uses cellular. This is a benefit for some hosts with homes that are in a rural area with spotty wifi service at times.

I am looking for this as well. We have 30 homes currently with Pointcentral and another dozen about to join. The lock integration in Hospitable is OK but the issue is they use wifi locks (bad battery life compared to Z-wave) or non-pro grade Z-wave (like Smartthings). Pointcentral is enterprise grade and we plan to grow rapidly. Right now we are manually creating and sharing codes and it is extremely tedious.

I ended up going with OwnerRez because of this!

I have an Alarm.com home security system and want to programmatically CRUD door codes to that system from Hospitable, but I need a PointCentral integration to make that possible. Background: I would like to arm the system when the house is empty, and have it disarmed when a valid entry code is entered. Currently I am using Hospitable’s Schlage Encode integration to automatically manage entry codes which is a fantastic feature. However the Schlage Encode isn’t compatible with Alarm.com. Only the Schlage Connect lock. And the Schlage Connect lock can only be configured to be programmed through one network at a time (in my case it would be my home security system Alarm.com). Alarm.com is compatible with PointCentral, hence an integration with PointCentral would give me full automation and security system arm/disarm.
