    Hi, I’m interested in starting to use Hospitable for the management of the short-term letting business of my five apartments in London.

    I desperately need Hospitable to support the below smart lock system:

    • Brand: Asia-Tech

    • Model: H3EM-WiFi

    • Managed via the Tuya app

    • I’d like automatic time restricted guest access codes sent after each booking

    If this can be integrated in the Hospitable system, then it will allow me to work with Hospitable for by business.

    I currently have four Tuya-based secure smart locks at my Kopaonik Forest Villa in Serbia. I had a developer build a custom interface to the Tuya system connected to Hospitable and automated. It has been working very reliably for managing the locks and secure lock codes similar to Hospitable.

    One useful point for other hosts: many Chinese smart-lock manufacturers can supply lock hardware using either the Tuya or TTLock. If you are purchasing new locks and want direct Hospitable compatibility today, ask the manufacturer specifically for the TTLock-compatible version, since Hospitable already supports TTLock (as I’m aware).

    In my case the locks were already Tuya devices, so we built our own integration and interface (Tuya interface is not really usefull). That experience suggests that a native Tuya integration with Hospitable should be technically possible and would be very useful, particularly because Tuya-compatible secure locks with multiple bolts are widely available internationally.

    Tuya provaides highly affordable solutions with great features compared to the legacy brands. For hosts who need to be more budget focussed, this integration would be a big help.

      It is affordable and supports all Asian brands of locks that are more secure than regular ones.
