Make it easier to search the support chat history

I’m only a few weeks into using Hospitable and I am LOVING it. I’m leaning heavily on Smarty and the support chat window (if that’s what it’s called… the sidebar window that pops up when you click the Hospitable icon at the bottom right of most screens). But I’ve already accumulated enough chat threads that I can’t find previous things I talked about (with Smarty and/or support team). In other words my chat history is becoming a documentation library of sorts… a heap of valuable of reference material that has been generated through my own questioning. I’m thinking it would be nice is the content of these chats were searchable so that I could re-locate conversations from weeks past.

Along those lines, one thing making it hard to visually scan the chat history for past topics, is that EVERY thread ends with Smarty asking, “Is that what you needed?” or “Rate your conversation.” So in my chat history that’s just about ALL I see and I need to click on each conversation individually to see what it was about. I kinda wish the conversation ended with some content that helped re-locate a conversation later on.

If you play with Microsoft Copilot (desktop version) you’ll see that it accumulates a history on the left sidebar and give an AI summarization of what each conversation was about. Making it easier to go back later and resume a previous conversation. Something like that would be nice to see at the end of each conversation, instead of “Rate your conversation” (which remains as the last message of the thread, even after you’ve rated the conversation, BTW).

Perhaps the “reward” for rating a conversation could be the generation of a short phrase summarizing the conversation (a “subject line”, so to speak).

And yes I realize this is really two feature requests. I think the generation of a short (10-words?) “conversation summary” after rating the conversation would be much easier to implement than a search bar (less UI design needed, etc.). And would go a long way toward making my own chat history a valuable reference resource.
