Currently, when using the Pay Your Own Team (PYOT) feature, Hospitable facilitates payments to cleaners but does not generate 1099 forms. Hosts or property managers must manually track payouts and handle 1099 filings themselves once the annual reporting threshold is met.
It would be helpful if Hospitable could automatically track cleaner payouts and generate downloadable 1099 forms or annual payment summaries. This would reduce administrative work for hosts and make tax reporting for cleaner payments much easier.
