Ability to add conversation participant to reservation

In cases of Direct, Manual and OTA bookings, it could be benificial for hosts to be able to edit, change or add email addresses. There are use cases for all instances, such as the booked guest on an OTA reservation not being the actual guest staying at the property (someone else booked for them).
