Ability to add more rules in automated messages

Example: When someone reaches out with questions and there’s some back-and-forth, but then decides to book, my “New Reservation” automated message sounds strange because it assumes it’s the first message we’ve had.
Please allow for the ability to add rules to automated messages like “if(isFirstMessage) { showMessageContent; } else { showPrexistingMessageContent; }”
