Ability to archive signed rental agreements

Currently, signed rental agreements are stored as immutable PDFs and cannot be archived or removed from the Signed Agreements tab. As the number of agreements grows, the list becomes cumbersome to manage. The request is to add an archive function to help hosts keep their portal organized while still retaining the records.
