I agree with this. If we could do something like signwell.com which will take your word or pdf form that we could turn into a fillable template. Using smart codes would be helpful to automatically add the guests information. It would be helpful in adding already made documents. That way we don’t have to format them from scratch.

Hi Abby! Happy to elaborate on this.
My property is in a private community in which the POA requires STR renters to fill out and sign a specific form (attached example) to get a car pass and access to amenitie during their stay. I understand the Guest Portal is in its BETA phase, but it would be tremendosly helpful to allow hosts to upload a document like that too.
It could function in the same way as adding a new Rental Agreement, but with the option that we can upload a template (fillable PDF). Or allowing the document to be create in he same way as Rental agreements, but with the options to enter sections (short code) in which the guest has to enter their information before signing (e.g. license plate).
This should also help hosts keep all guests information in one place (e.g. address, email, alternative phone number, etc).

Hi Abby! I saw the upgraded rental agreements with fillable fields feature has been released. During the call, you mentioned that anyone who has upvoted would be able to join the pilot, as well as whomever signed-up via the “join the pilot” form.
Sadly, I’ve done it all—including submiting the form 3x this week—and still have no access to the this pilot feature :(
Could you please make this available for my account as it would help address what I was looking for in this thread? Thank you!!!!

How about this idea… since they now have fillable fields you could create these custom and have it on the rental agreement.
Then - with an export functionality you could have the DATA from the fields imported into a copy of this TT registration (could be done via Zapier if HSPTB passes all of the data collected via RA).

Please make it obvious from inbox that the rental agreement is not signed. I have to click on each booking/message thread to know which agreements I need to follow up on. - Why can’t we type our own questions?
Please add, “Estimated Arrival Time”
Please allow the guest to upload their DL as an attachment and allow us to make it a requirement.
Currently, guests do not have the ability to upload a file or image as an attachment to the rental agreement. This creates unnecessary friction when signed documents, ID copies, or required confirmations must be collected separately outside the system.
Enabling guests to upload files directly within the rental agreement flow would streamline the process, centralize documentation, reduce manual follow-up, and ensure all required materials are securely stored in one place.

this is a must feature! needs to collect ID’s of guests without paying for verification when a verification is not needed
