Ability to configure direct booking nightly rates instead of mirroring Airbnb nightly rates

Currently, direct booking feature references Airbnb nightly rates. This feature would allow hosts to pick desired offset amount to charge more or less than the Airbnb night rates. For example, if Airbnb is $100/night, this feature would allow you to set ±XX% to alter the direct booking rates. This is because there is a 8~18% spread between AirBnB commission and Hospitable Direct commission that some hosts would rather not pass on completely to guests. Specifically, 15% Airbnb commission for host-only fee structure, 3%+14.2~18% for host+guest fee structure compared with Hospitable Direct Basic 1% + 1.9% Stripe commission or Hospitable Direct Premium 3%+4% commission.
