Ability to create simulated/demo listings for platform onboarding

Allow users to create simulated or "demo" listings within their account. This would enable new users—especially those with properties still under development and not yet listed on OTA platforms—to explore the platform's features, set up workflows, and experience the onboarding process without needing to connect a live OTA account first.
