Ability to customize thermostat buffer times from unoccupied to occupied

I would like the ability to customize my own buffer times when the thermostat is scheduled to shift from unoccupied to occupied. The current default is 2 hours, which might be too long for someone with a 200sf studio condo, and not long enough for someone with a 2,000sf two-story house.

    @Andrew Schorr @Emily Tunggala I can’t find this update for us to change the buffer window after checkout time? I need a 6 hour window because that’s how long it takes my cleaners to clean. It keeps resetting back to 75 and then they change it and it goes back in 2 hours. They’re miserable and asking for us to help

    You can now set a custom buffer time for thermostats. Previously, all thermostat schedules had a fixed 2 hour buffer meaning thermostat preset would activate 2 hours before the guest check-in.

      Can we have the ability to adjust the unoccupied window setting as well. If my cleaner doesn’t come until later in the afternoon I’d like the auto adjust from back to unoccupied maybe after 6 hours rather than 2. Or maybe have a second “check” to revert back to unoccupied after 24 hours. Just something that I’m not going to have to babysit if my cleaner gets there later in the day I don’t want to have to remember to go back in and adjust up to a day later.
