Ability to edit bed types and room configurations for channel syncing

Currently, bed, bedroom, and bathroom counts are read-only fields in Hospitable for existing properties. This prevents hosts from correcting inaccuracies (e.g., changing 'cribs' to 'children's beds') that are then overwritten on channels like Vrbo during the sync process. Hosts need the ability to manually edit these details within Hospitable to ensure their listings are accurate across all platforms.
