Ability to edit tags

Currently, the tag itself cannot be edited. If I need to make a change to a tag, then I have to manually remove the existing tag and re-add another tag with the desired syntax. It would be nice if the tag is editable in a certain way so that we don't have to do the bulk work. 🏷️
