Ability to export all messaging rules so I can audit my messages (excel/sheet/csv/etc)

I need the ability to see the text in ALL of my messaging rules including the CUSTOM CODES used so that I can audit my own messages and search for which messaging rules are using which custom codes. There is no way to see active/inactive CUSTOM CODES so this would be the only way for me to do this on my end. I NEED the ability to search through my OWN messaging rules which first requires me to OWN and ACCESS my own messaging texts.
