Length of stay parameter for instant book

When I was using OwnerRez, it offered the ability to not allow instant book within a user determined certain number of days prior to check in. Example: within 3 nights of check in, it requires an inquiry. It also allowed the ability not to allow instant book for a duration of stay, so the user could prevent instant bookings for 1 night stays or 28+ night stays as an example.
