Ability to rate and correct AI Auto Reply responses after they're sent

Problem statement

  • When hosts manually respond to a guest, AI Auto Reply sometimes sends a follow-up message that contradicts the host's manual response
  • These contradictory automated responses are sent before the host can review or catch them
  • Hosts currently have no way to provide feedback on problematic AI responses after they've been sent

Current workaround

  • No effective workaround exists - once Auto Reply sends a contradictory message, the damage is done
  • Hosts can only pause Auto Reply for future messages, but cannot address the AI's learning from past mistakes

Impact

  • Guest confusion when they receive conflicting information from the same host
  • Damaged trust and professionalism when automated responses contradict manual ones
  • The AI continues to make similar mistakes because it receives no feedback on what went wrong

Proposed solution

  • Add the ability to go back to AI-generated messages that have already been sent and provide a corrected version of what the response should have been
  • This feedback would help train the AI to avoid making similar mistakes in future conversations
  • Could include a rating system (thumbs up/down) combined with the ability to input the appropriate response

  • Hosts could actively improve AI Auto Reply accuracy by teaching it from real examples
  • The AI would learn to better follow conversation context and avoid contradicting manual responses
  • Over time, Auto Reply would become more reliable and require less manual intervention
