Ability to recreate or restore expired booking requests

Currently, when a booking request expires, it is closed and the dates are released. This makes it difficult for hosts to recreate the booking with the same pricing and details without starting from scratch.

The requested feature is for the system to save the dates, guest information, cleaning fee, location, and total cost just before a booking expires. This data should then pre-fill the 'create new booking' screen, allowing the host to simply make minor adjustments (like a small discount) without having to remember or look up the original numbers.
