Ability to reposition or minimize the chat widget

Problem: The chat widget is fixed in a position that overlays a significant portion of the screen (roughly 1/4 to 1/3), making it difficult for users to see and follow steps on the page while interacting with the chat.

Current Workaround: There is currently no way to move or minimize the box, so users must work around the overlay.

Impact: This creates friction and frustration, as it obstructs the user interface and hinders the ability to efficiently use the platform while receiving support.

Proposed Solution: Allow users to drag and reposition the chat widget on the screen or provide a minimize button to temporarily hide the chat window.

Unlock: Users will be able to follow instructions and view their account details clearly without the chat box blocking their view.
