The host should be able to send a copy of the Direct Booking reservation confirmation. Many times, guests do not see it in their inboxes or think to go to junk mail. I believe the issue is that it comes from Hospitable and guests do not know who or what that is because they are waiting to receive an email with my business name on it. It happens frequently. Guests do not have that problem with VRBO or Airbnb, for example, because they book directly with them.
