Access the review being left for a guest directly from the message with guest and reservation details
It would be great if we could access the review being left for a guest under “Guest Experience” directly from the message thread with guest and their reservation details page.

Hi Christian, you should be able to see and edit any pending review from the Inbox, check the Activity section in the inner left sidebar. Let me know if I didn’t understand your message correctly.

Yes I can see that is possible, but only shows up a number of hours after a guest stay. I would like the option to edit their review during their stay or at check out and not wait until hours or a day later for it to show up.
