Yes to all reviews from all OTAs showing in the Owner Portals! In answer to your question @Emily Tunggala (even though you didn’t ask me directly ;-). I opt for full transparency in the portal. My owners already watch the reviews carefully on Airbnb and Vrbo, so a bad review in the Owner Portal does not “scare” me … as long as my response to the bad review is shown too, so that owners can read that part as well.

How much control would you expect to have here? Pretend you get a rare bad review. Would you expect to be able to hide that, or would you opt for full transperency in the portal?
