Add a Countdown Clock for the 14 day review period.

Currently, automated reviews gives us a notification that the review will be posted in X days, however it would be SUPER helpful if we had a countdown clock that shows us the exact time that the review will be posted. It’s been extremely difficult to get straight answers as to when the 14 day clock actually begins. Some say the clock starts at 11am (or whenever your checkout time is), but I’ve seen that not to be the case.

AirBnb support once told me it starts at midnight after the guest checks out, but that also doesn’t seem to be the case either. Still other AirBnb reps say that the 14 day countdown clock starts exactly 14 days (or 336 hours) from when the first email goes out that reminds you to leave the guest a review. I tested this scenario out and it’s also wrong.

It’s great that Hospitable (probably) has an internal clock and can leave the review automatically for us at the 11th hour. However, the reason it would be nice to have a countdown clock is so that we can also manually submit an AirCover claim at the last moment as well.
