Add auto-reply rules and messaging templates to Knowledge Hub

Problem statement

  • Hosts currently cannot store custom auto-reply rules or messaging templates in the AI Knowledge Hub
  • When guests share specific information (like an email address), hosts want the AI to automatically respond with a predefined message
  • There's no centralized place to manage these custom auto-reply triggers and responses

Current workaround

  • Hosts must manually respond to each guest message, even for predictable scenarios like guests sharing their email address
  • Alternatively, hosts can use AI Auto Reply, but it doesn't allow storing specific trigger-response pairs in Knowledge Hub

Impact

  • Increased manual work for hosts responding to repetitive guest messages
  • Inconsistent guest experience when hosts are unavailable to respond promptly
  • Lost time on routine communications that could be automated

Proposed solution

  • Allow hosts to add custom auto-reply rules to the Knowledge Hub
  • Each rule would include a trigger (e.g., "guest sends email address") and a predefined response (e.g., "Thanks for sharing your email. I've noted it for guest HOA registration.")
  • The AI would recognize the trigger and automatically send the appropriate response
