I’d also like to suggest adding a transaction category like “Home Improvements”. This would help distinguish regular property expenses from improvements that add value to the property and may be depreciated over time, such as renovations or upgrades to amenities.
Another category that might be helpful is “Guest Amenities”. Occasionally, we purchase small items for guests, such as a birthday cake or similar items during special occasions, and it would be useful to track those separately. Thank you!
