Add Cleaning Fee Management for Vrbo Listings

Problem Statement:

• Hospitable currently does not support managing cleaning fees for Vrbo listings
• Only Airbnb, Booking.com, and Direct bookings support fee management in Hospitable
• This creates inconsistency across platforms and results in lost revenue

Current Workaround: Manually setting cleaning fees directly in the Vrbo account

Impact:

• Lost revenue from cleaning fees not being charged (e.g., $600 in lost cleaning fees from two Vrbo bookings)
• Additional manual work managing fees outside of Hospitable
• Inconsistent experience across different booking platforms

Proposed Solution: Add cleaning fee management functionality for Vrbo listings within Hospitable, consistent with existing support for Airbnb, Booking.com, and Direct

Unlock: Hosts would be able to manage all fees across all platforms from one central location, ensuring consistent pricing and preventing revenue loss
