Add condition for recurring tasks: if there is/is no reservation

Allow users to add a condition to a recurring task rule to only have a task on that day if there `is/is no` reservation. Tasks set on available days should be `deleted or rescheduled` when a booking is later placed on the date. By the same principle, a task should be generated on the day if a booking was cancelled.
