Add conditions directly to Messaging Rules

Currently, conditions (like "guest is a returning guest") can only be added within custom codes to control small blocks of text. This means hosts cannot send entirely different message sequences to returning guests without including them in the same rule as new guests.

The request is to allow conditions to be placed directly on the Messaging Rules themselves. This would enable hosts to create separate, tailored automation sequences for returning guests, avoiding redundant information and providing a more personalized experience.
