Add CSV export button to saved views in new Metrics dashboard

Problem statement

Users who create and save custom views in the new Metrics dashboard cannot export the data they're visualizing directly to CSV. The saved dashboard views and the Metrics → Exports area are completely separate, so filters, date ranges, and property selections configured in a dashboard view do not carry over to Exports.

Current workaround

Users must manually recreate the entire view in Metrics → Exports by re-entering all filters, date ranges, property selections, and other parameters before they can generate a CSV export.

Impact

• Doubles the time required to export data
• Creates friction in the reporting workflow
• Makes the new Metrics dashboard less useful for users who need downloadable data

Proposed solution

Add an "Export to CSV" button directly on saved Metrics dashboard views. When clicked, it would generate and email a CSV of the data currently displayed in that view, using the view's existing filters and parameters.

Users would be able to generate reports faster, eliminating the need to duplicate work between the dashboard and Exports areas.
