Add default view in the metrics

Currently, in the metrics, it brings up the base view with no filters and for all time. It would be ideal to go to metrics and see your KPIs for a specific property(s) and for a specific time period (ex: last month) at an immediate glance.

Since there are multiple properties associated with my account, but I primarily care the most about one, I would like to not have to remember to apply a filter every time I check out the metrics.

If its been a few weeks since I checked out my metrics, I forget that by default there isnt a filter and the numbers are much higher than expected and give me false excitement.
