Add "Extra Service" expense category for owner statements

Problem Statement:

• Currently, Hospitable only offers "Supplies," "Maintenance," and "Uncategorized" as expense categories for owner statements
• Expenses like owner shopping, errands, and other owner-requested services don't fit well under "Supplies" or "Maintenance"
• This makes it difficult to accurately categorize and track these types of expenses on owner statements

Current Workaround:

• Using "Supplies" as a catch-all for non-maintenance expenses like shopping and errands
• This is confusing and doesn't accurately reflect the nature of these expenses

Impact:

• Inaccurate expense categorization on owner statements
• Owners may be confused about what expenses are being charged
• Makes it harder to track and report on different types of operational costs

Proposed Solution:

• Add a new expense category called "Extra Service" (or similar) to Hospitable's transaction categories
• This category would be specifically for owner-requested services like shopping, errands, and other non-maintenance expenses

• Clearer communication with owners about what they're being charged for
• Better tracking and reporting of different expense types
