Add filters in Rental Agreements

Hello folks!

I think it would be very useful to have filters in Rental Agreements, allowing filtering by check-in date, property name, etc… so we can find them them more quickly.

Also allow downloading attachments from Metrics, so that when you export all the day’s check-ins, the rental agreements in PDF for the selected bookings are downloaded too.
